Angelo sees this as a close firefight between two forward-pressure strikers. He thinks Trizano may be more technical, but Choi is more well-rounded, has higher volume, and is more durable. He notes that Choi's losses were close and he showed durability. He is not sure about betting because the odds are close, but he leans Choi to win.
Big Brady picks SeungWoo Choi to win by decision. He believes Choi is the better striker with more power, and that Trizano doesn't wrestle (only 1-2 takedowns in UFC). He notes Choi has struggled with grapplers but Trizano won't take him down. He criticizes Trizano's recent performances, being outlanded by Lucas Almeida and Chidi Njokuani. He expects a striking match where Choi's power and volume earn him a decision.
Cody picks Choi, arguing that Trizano looks washed and disinterested, with poor striking defense and low volume. He notes that Choi is long, rangy, and versatile with his Muay Thai, and that Trizano has been getting hit and knocked down recently. Cody believes Choi will pick Trizano apart from distance and win by decision or TKO.
Connor picks Choi, noting that Trizano's low output and discomfort in exchanges play into Choi's strengths as a sharp counter puncher. He points out that Choi is dangerous at range and Trizano struggles to force the kind of messy fight that would make Choi uncomfortable. Connor also mentions that Trizano's recent improvements in aggression are not natural, and he still looks uncomfortable in exchanges.
Daniel Levi picks SeungWoo Choi, believing he will land the bigger shots and potentially knock out Trizano. He notes that Trizano has a low-volume point-fighting style and may be on a losing streak, while Choi has faced tougher competition and shown resilience. Levi thinks Choi's power and experience will be too much for Trizano, who has confidence issues after recent losses.
The host sees Choi as the slicker striker with better range and combinations. He notes Trizano struggles when at a striking disadvantage, as seen in losses to L'Empereur and Almeida. Choi's size and reach should allow him to touch Trizano from the outside and win a decision. The host also likes the over 2.5 rounds if the price is right, expecting a kickboxing match without a finish.
Paul leans towards Trizano, noting that Choi's volume is low and that Trizano could mix in takedowns. He acknowledges that Trizano has looked bad recently but thinks the fight is close and that Trizano's wrestling could be the difference. Paul is not confident and calls it a stay-away fight.
The MMA Guru confidently picks SeungWoo Choi, reasoning that Trizano lacks takedown ability and Choi has great takedown defense. He criticizes Trizano's basic, goofy striking and notes that Choi has dealt with unorthodox fighters before. He predicts a 30-27 decision for Choi.
Zane picks Choi, agreeing that Trizano's low output and lack of comfort in exchanges make him vulnerable. He notes that Choi is sharp and dangerous in the first layer of striking, where Trizano tends to get stuck. Zane also points out that Trizano's jab and low kicks may have success, but he won't be able to make Choi uncomfortable enough to win.

Angelo sees Michael Trizano as a fun pressure striker with power and fight IQ, who beats brawling strikers. Lucas Almeida is a powerful striker who headhunts and is not technical. Angelo likes Trizano in this matchup but doesn't love the -250 odds.
Big Brady picks Michael Trizano to win by decision. He thinks Trizano is more experienced and has fought better competition, and should weather Almeida's early storm. He notes Almeida has 100% finish rate and power, but Trizano has never been knocked out and has good takedown defense and cardio. He expects Trizano to take over in rounds 2 and 3 and win a decision, but is not confident due to Trizano's tendency to be in close fights.
Cody is uncertain, noting Almeida's cardio issues in his contender series fight and Trizano's takedown defense problems. He thinks Almeida might win the first round but Trizano could take over later. He says he'll wait for weigh-ins and jokingly checks Trizano's hairstyle for confidence.
Daniel Levi leans toward Lucas Almeida as a plus-money underdog, arguing that Trizano's price is inflated and that Almeida has knockout power and durability. He notes that Trizano often wins close decisions and that Almeida's wild style could land a fight-ending shot. He recommends a one-unit bet on Almeida at +200, as he sees value in the dog.
Paul picks Trizano but expresses hesitation, noting Almeida's wild style and potential cardio issues. He thinks Trizano's experience and veteran savvy will allow him to win a decision or late finish, but he's not confident enough to bet heavily.
The MMA Guru picks Lucas Almeida to win by rear-naked choke. He calls Almeida a 'finishing machine' with a 100% finish rate. He notes Trizano has been submitted before and is coming off a beating. He believes Almeida's wild style and momentum will overwhelm Trizano, and he sees Almeida as a good underdog pick on the card.

Angelo picks Hakeem Dawodu as the more technical striker with real power. He notes Trizano is a calculated striker coming off an upset win, but Dawodu's forward pressure, leg kicks, and counter punching should prevail. Angelo mentions the odds are wide (3-1 favorite) and Trizano has shown he can beat superior strikers, but still favors Dawodu.
Cody agrees that Trizano is a live underdog. He notes that Dawodu has a weak chin and low volume, while Trizano is a forward pressure fighter. He thinks the fight will be close and could go either way, so the plus money on Trizano is appealing.
Daniel Levi picks Hakeem Dawodu, praising his power, calf kicks, and feints. He notes Dawodu has fought tough competition like Zubaira Tukhugov and Julio Arce. Levi thinks Trizano is a point fighter who may try to eke out a split decision, but Dawodu's more impactful shots will win the exchanges. He expects Dawodu to bruise Trizano up and win a comfortable decision.
Lock of the Night leans Dawodu but does not bet the moneyline. He expects a close fight and likes Dawodu by decision at +110. He notes both are strikers and the fight likely goes the distance.
Paul thinks Trizano is a live underdog because he has better volume than Dawodu and can pressure him. He notes that Dawodu's fights are often low-output and close decisions, so the plus money is attractive. He believes Trizano's forward pressure could edge him a decision.
The MMA Guru picks Hakeem Dawodu, citing his reach advantage and straight punches. He criticizes Michael Trizano's head movement, calling him a 'zombie' who walks into punishment. He predicts a 30-27 decision with Dawodu stuffing takedowns and landing straight shots for three rounds.

Moving on featherweights to cap off this truncated preliminary card, the finish-minded Klein (17-2, 1-0 UFC) will aim to lift his win streak to nine at the expense of the TUF 27 lightweight victor Trizano (8-1, 2-1 UFC). The Octagon ranger is referee Herb Dean, who bears witness to a glove touch before they start swinging. Trizano’s majestic mullet sways behind him as he presses forward, reaching out with his left hand to find his range. Klein catches him with a jab, and then a right hook as the American bears towards him. Klein sits back, sinks in a one-two, and Trizano is surprised but he does not miss a beat. Trizano scores a heavy right hand, and the Slovakian kickboxer backs way and paws out with a jab. Another big right to left hook clips Trizano, and he scores a solid jab that reddens the nose. “The Lone Wolf” fires back with a clubbing right hand, and Klein circles away around the fence. Trizano touches him with a front kick that makes Klein bounce off the cage, and he flicks out a solid jab. “Mr. Highlight” returns fire with a piercing front kick, and he leans back to evade a jab that soars at him. A quick Klein head kick gets blocked, allowing Trizano to march forward and occasionally reach out with a jab. Trizano looks to time Klein’s circular movement with a body kick, but Klein blocks it and fires back with a stomping kick to the knee. Trizano lunges and reaches with a strike, but Klein counters and charges in for a takedown. The Slovakian fighter successfully lands the double, putting Trizano on the corner between the cage and the floor. Trizano does not want to stay down for long, and he bursts back upright but gets mashed into the cage wall. Trizano gets off a slapping leg kick and he eats a front kick to the body, and he ends the round with a few swinging strikes.

Round 2
The second round begins with a solid inside leg kick from Trizano, and he walks into a few punches and a body kick as he advances. Trizano sneaks in a big right hand, and Klein returns right after to land a heavy right hand of his own. Trizano meanders forward and scores a body kick, and he is just able to get out of the way from a high kick. Klein scores a heavy left hand and he chains it together with a solid combination, before trying to take the fight down. This time, Trizano stuffs the first try, leading Klein to change levels for a double. Trizano fights off this attempt as well, and he makes Klein pay with a right hand on the break. Another inside leg kick from Trizano gets off, who targets that same spot again. Klein, after absorbing a few of these strikes, surges forward with a stream of looping punches that make Trizano retreat. Both featherweights trade kicks, and Klein swings and connects with his forearm and not his fist. Trizano does not even register the strike, as he continues to advance and reach with strikes. Klein changes his timing and leaps forward with a three-strike combination, and Trizano backs away to score a couple leg kicks. A few outstretched punches from Trizano find their home, but Klein fires back with some much more emphatic shots to ring Trizano’s bell. Klein slings a head kick, and when Trizano pays attention to blocking it, he rushes across the cage to hit a double leg takedown and put Trizano down again. Trizano defends while sitting down by punching his man in the side, and the round ends in this position.

Round 3
There is one last glove touch to begin the round, and we pick up where we left off with Trizano chasing Klein around the cage. Trizano blasts Klein with a huge right hand, rocking the Slovakian fighter and forcing Klein to shoot in for a desperation takedown. Trizano stuffs it without issue, and he marches Klein down to try to finish the job. Instead, it is Klein whose strikes find their home, with a big right hand and a leg kick that makes Trizano fall over. Klein stands back and observes his work instead of following Trizano to the ground, allowing Trizano to get up and continue his stalking approach. Trizano walks through a kick to try to knee Klein in the chest, and Klein is there to counter him with a few body kicks and sharp punches. Two hooks bounce off Trizano’s head, and Trizano bears down on him but cannot keep Klein trapped. Trizano tries with all his might to throw big punches, and he splits the guard with a stiff jab. Klein tries to get off a spinning kick, but Trizano is too close range, allowing him to counter with a right hand. Trizano rings home a one-two, and Klein retreats to eat a few more punches. Trizano’s right continues to find its home, until Klein has had enough of this and shoots in for a takedown. The two go all the way across the cage with Klein’s shot, and “Mr. Highlight” completes it and puts Trizano on his seat against the fence. After a few body shots, Trizano stands up and gets back to striking range. Klein lets loose with an overhand left and a body kick, and Trizano tries to respond too aggressively. This leads Klein to attack a takedown, and Trizano defends with a guillotine choke off his back. The American looks to sweep with the choke, and he nearly takes mount but decides to just hold on to it. Klein’s face changes colors as he bucks and kicks, and he manages to survive the round and reach the final bell. This could be a close one.

The Official Result
Michael Trizano def. Ludovit Klein via Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)
Big Brady is very impressed with Klein, calling him an absolute stud with heavy hands and a nasty head kick. He notes Klein has a 94% finish rate and knocked out Shane Young in the first round. Brady is concerned about Trizano's nearly two-year layoff and potential cage rust. He predicts Klein will get a first-round knockout, though he admits the fight could be semi-competitive if Klein doesn't finish early. He says he wants nothing to do with the fight from a betting perspective.
Daniel Levi picks Ľudovít Klein, citing his power, explosiveness, and well-rounded game. He notes Klein's head kick knockout of Shane Young and his developing grappling. He expects Klein to land the more impactful shots and win a unanimous decision, though he acknowledges Trizano's toughness and technical striking. He thinks Klein's firepower will be the difference.
The host leans towards Michael Trizano as a live underdog, believing the line is out of whack. He thinks Trizano is durable, has good movement, and will outpoint Klein in a striking fight. However, he is concerned about Trizano's layoff and may not bet it. He likes the over 2.5 and fight goes to decision props.
The MMA Guru picks Ľudovít Klein over Michael Trizano, citing Klein's superior competition, youth, and power. He notes Klein has three consecutive head kick KOs and is a fast starter, while Trizano has been inactive for two years and has unimpressive wins. He predicts a first-round KO, specifically a head kick.
